![]() ![]() This game is a lot denser and constantly giving you things to do. 64 had more open levels, but depending on the mission most of each level was just empty space. 3D Land used the hidden star coins like power stars in that you needed a certain number of them in order to unlock the next levels/worlds 3D World's green stars could hold the same function here. The main difference between the two is that you don't have to exit and restart the level each time you complete one mission and 3D World has a lot more levels. The most similar one we've seen so far is a stamp hidden behind a block wall in Bowser's highway that requires a soccer bomb. In this instance there could quite easily be a chain chomp for you to free to uncover a green star.
